Aluminum profile 30 series (mainly including specifications such as 3030, 3060, 3090) are widely used in the following fields due to their advantages of lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and modular assembly:

I. Industrial Manufacturing Field

  • Equipment frames and production lines
    • Used for building industrial equipment support frames, automated assembly line brackets, workbenches, and equipment covers. For example, 3030 profiles are suitable for light-load structures, while 3060/3090 profiles are used for equipment racks with high rigidity requirements.
    • Special profiles for belt conveyor lines, plate chain lines, etc. (such as 40×80, 40×95 specifications) require customized applications.
  • Warehousing and logistics systems
    • Assemble light-duty shelves, material handling carts, and sorting line brackets to optimize space utilization.

II. Construction and Decoration Field

  • Indoor structures
    • Custom furniture (bookshelves, TV cabinets), partitions, and decorative lines, which meet both aesthetic and load-bearing needs.
  • Curtain wall and door & window auxiliary
    • Used as curtain wall support structures or door and window frame components (need to be matched with special connectors), but not directly used for main load-bearing structures.

III. Electronic and Electrical Field

  • Equipment enclosures and heat dissipation systems
    • Used to make electronic equipment enclosures, control cabinets, and radiators, utilizing their thermal conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties.

  • Lightweight vehicles
    • Automobile lightweight components (non-main structure), rail transit interior brackets.
  • Robotics and automation
    • Robot enclosures, manipulator frames, and AGV trolley structures, which require reinforcement design according to dynamic loads.

V. Scientific Research and Special Scenarios

  • Laboratory facilities: Building experimental benches, testing equipment brackets, and cleanroom partitions.
  • Exhibition facilities: Customized structures such as exhibition platforms and product testing models.

Key Characteristics Supporting Applications

  • Material and load-bearing: 6063-T5/T6 aluminum alloy material. The 3030 profile (wall thickness 1.5–2.5mm) can bear 50–150kg with a span of 1 meter, suitable for light and medium-sized structures.
  • Design flexibility: The European standard T-slot design facilitates accessory assembly and supports modular expansion.
  • Economy: Lower cost than the 40/60 series, suitable for budget-sensitive light-duty projects.

Note: The profile specification should be selected according to the specific load (static/dynamic). For heavy-duty scenarios, it is recommended to use profiles of 60 series or above.
