45 series industrial aluminum frame profiles with bright oxidation treatment on the surface, with decorative lines, slot width of 8.2mm, and center aperture of Φ 12. This series includes 4545 profiles, 4560 profiles, 4590 profiles, 9090 profiles, and 4545R angle profiles, among which the R angle profile is suitable for use as a frame.
According to the different weights, it can be divided into light, standard, and heavy, among which heavy profiles can be used in conjunction with heavier industrial machinery and equipment frames.
Compared to the European Standard 40 industrial aluminum profiles, the 45 profile has a thicker wall thickness and outstanding bearing capacity, making it very suitable for heavy load frame structures, such as industrial equipment frames, factory workshop partitions, etc. Commonly used matching connectors include 45 profile special anchor connecting pins, angle aluminum, large bolts, etc., for right angle or other angle connections.
