50 industrial aluminum profiles are mainly suitable for the design and construction of heavy load structures. They have high stress, high physical strength, and strong bearing capacity. 50 series standard frame profile, slot width 8.2mm, center aperture Φ 12. This series includes 5050 profiles, 50100 profiles, and 100100 profiles. The surface undergoes bright oxidation with decorative lines, which is beautiful and can effectively avoid light reflection.
50 profiles are widely used in frame combinations of heavy-duty structures with high stress, high strength, and high support requirements, as well as in special fields such as automobiles, factory automation, and industrial modular structures.
The supporting connecting pieces usually use a special anchor type connecting pin for 50 profiles, which is connected through internal concealment, or through a fixed angle connection using angle aluminum and a special fastening assembly for T-shaped slots. No welding is required, assembly is convenient and fast, and the overall structure has strong ductility, which can be expanded and connected according to requirements.
