Shine Ground has designed hundreds of machine bases for all types of machinery and equipment using T-Slotted aluminum framing. What were these bases used for? With an attractive, smooth anodised surface on the aluminium extrusions, the finished guarding enhances the working environment for operatives, as well as having a modern appearance that impresses visitors. An additional advantage of the Our system is that it is fully compatible with other modular aluminium framing system that is used for building machine frames, workbenches or other structures.

We offer an aluminium profile guarding that is flexible and is a stable fencing system which is easy to install. No drilling or tapping of holes is required to the profiles and profiles come pre-cut to the length required. Profiles and brackets are available separately should modifications to an existing design be required at a later stage. Various types of infill panels are available, which include welded or woven steel mesh, clear polycarbonate and solid sheet.

We can provide access into the guarded area via swinging & sliding doors as well hatches and rise and fall doors, these doors can be manually operated or pneumatically operated but all are monitored for safety via safety sensors/relays which are also available. All that is needed is a simple drawing or sketch of the area to be protected, with dimensions. Detailed drawings can then be produced for customer approval at the time of quotation.
